Einar Willumsen is a modern high tech supplier of flavour solutions and compounds – primarily for the Scandinavian and international beverage and food producing industries.

For more than a hundred years Einar Willumsen has created flavours for new products and adjusted flavours for existing products. Einar Willumsen founded the company in 1901 and only three years later a company in Sweden was established. The main goal was and still is to create the highest quality flavours. Today we develop our flavours and compounds ourselves combining the expertise of our flavourists with our high tech equipments. We produce flavours and compounds from the highest quality raw materials and under strict quality monitoring. That is our recipe for creating superior flavours.

Einar Willumsen not only takes responsibility for producing superior products. We also focus on corporate social responsibility. That is why the Einar Willumsen Foundation – the main shareholder in Einar Willumsen – has donated funds to medical research in cancer and ophthalmology since 1956.
